On Nov. 14, 2008 The Children's Home purchased a parcel at 94 Fulton Street,
valued at $203,000 on the tax rolls, for $213,000
as confirmed by a Dutchess County Deed recorded Nov. 22, 2008
Document # 02-2008-7823

2 More Taxpaying Parcels Bite the Dust
It has been determined that ST. FRANCIS HOSPITAL has purchased
the property at 3 and 7 Cook Street.

The Full Market Value of these two parcels on the
2008 Tax Roll were $307,000 and $280,500 respectively.

The Dutchess County Clerk's Office Records show
both these properties were sold to ST. FRANCIS HOSPITAL on June 19, 2008
with the Deeds recorded on June 30, 2008.

Transfer Tax Paid $1,300 - According to Parcel Access - House built 1968

AND

7 Cook - Document/Deed 2008/3974
Transfer Tax Paid $1,400 - According to Parcel Access - House Built 2006

To determine what ST. FRANCIS paid for these parcels
divide the transfer tax by 4 and add 3 zeros.
